Boston Celtics Announce New Coaching Staff

Ime Udoka Hires Former Players and Experienced Coaches

Boston Celtics Head Coach Ime Udoka has assembled a new coaching staff for the upcoming season. The staff includes several former players and experienced coaches.

Joseph Mazzulla, a former assistant coach with the Philadelphia 76ers, has been named the lead assistant coach. Mazzulla played college basketball at West Virginia and spent time in the NBA G League before beginning his coaching career.

Will Hardy, a former assistant coach with the San Antonio Spurs, has been hired as an assistant coach. Hardy played college basketball at Indiana University and has a strong reputation as a defensive coach.

Damon Stoudamire, a former NBA All-Star, has been hired as an assistant coach. Stoudamire played 14 seasons in the NBA and was known for his scoring and playmaking ability.

The Celtics also announced that Ben Sullivan, Joe Mazzulla, Aaron Miles, and Tony Dobbins have been added to the coaching staff as player development coaches. These coaches will work closely with the Celtics' young players to help them reach their potential.

The Celtics are hoping that their new coaching staff can help them improve on last season's disappointing performance. The Celtics finished with a 36-36 record and missed the playoffs.
